One Pan Creamy Parmesan Ranch Chicken Ingredients

• 2 pounds small boneless chicken breasts or thighs

• 4 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature • 1 tablespoon dried parsley

• 1 tablespoon dried chives

• 2 teaspoons dried dill

• 2 teaspoons garlic powder

• 1/2 teaspoon paprika

• 1 yellow onion, chopped

• 1 cup salsa

• 2 tablespoons pickled jalapeños (optional) • 1 cup heavy cream, or canned coconut milk • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

• 2 tablespoons cold, salted butter, sliced • 3 cups chopped broccoli

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

2. In a baking dish, toss together the chicken, cream cheese, parsley, chives, dill, garlic powder, and paprika. Season well with salt and pepper.

3. To the chicken, add the onion, then pour over the salsa, jalapeños, and cream/milk. Add 1/2 cup parmesan. Stir until creamy and well-mixed. Arrange the butter, then broccoli on top. Bake for 30-40 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through. Gently stir to combine. Top with 1/2 cup parmesan.
