Roasted Broccoli

Oh the tender, nutty but crunchy texture of roasted vegetables. It's always so good and reliable to make. The lemon adds some brightness to the dish which is a nice touch.

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. On a lined baking sheet toss some sliced lemons, smashed garlic, and your broccoli in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Roast for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy!
