Sautéed Spinach

Start with melting a couple tablespoons of butter over a medium low heat. Sauté your onions for a few minutes until nice and tender.
Season with salt and pepper. Then add 3 minced garlic cloves and cook for 1 minute.
Add your chopped spinach and grate a little bit of fresh nutmeg.
Garnish with Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
