Tiger Prawns in Garlic Butter

Ingredients

• 2 lbs large raw tiger shrimp

• 4 tablespoons of butter

• 6 garlic cloves, chopped

• 2 lemons, juiced

• 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Directions

Heat the butter in a large frying pan, add the garlic and fry over a low heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
