BBQ Ribs

Bbq Ribs - Our recipe is a mesh of different recipes and techniques that we’ve tried over the years. They always come out tender and flavorful. We slather the ribs with the dry rub on both sides and then steam the ribs in a foil tent for 4 hours at 300 degrees. During this process we make the bbq sauce and save it for later. Before we serve the ribs we sear them on the grill and then baste them with the bbq sauce. Dry Rub Ingredients

O ½ cup brown sugar

O 2 teaspoons kosher salt

O 2 teaspoons black pepper

O 2 teaspoons smoked paprika

O 1 teaspoon garlic powder

O 1 teaspoon onion powder

O 1 teaspoon ground mustard

O ½ teaspoon cinnamon

O ½ teaspoon celery salt

O ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Bbq Sauce Ingredients

⅔ cup ketchup

¼ cup cider vinegar

¼ cup brown sugar

2 teaspoons pimentón (smoked Spanish paprika)

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon kosher salt
