Cheese Ball

2 cups (8 oz block of cheddar cheese - Cracker Barrel extra sharp white cheddar cheese)

8 oz. cream cheese, softened

2 T. mayo

1 T. Worcestershire sauce

1 clove garlic, minced

1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

1/2 c. sliced almonds

Process all ingredients (except for almonds) in food processor until smooth.

Transfer cheese mixture onto center of large plastic wrap (1 lay one piece horizontally and another vertically) and wrap tightly twisting the wrap to shape cheese into ball.

Refrigerate for at least 3 hrs. to

firm.

Remove plastic wrap and reshape cheese ball until smooth, then roll into almond slices.
