Grilled Potato Recipe
Ingredients
• 2 pounds baby Potatoes
• 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
• ½ teaspoon Herb de Provence Seasoning • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
• Salt to taste Pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
2. Meanwhile, in a pot of boiling water, add the baby potatoes and cook for about 12 minutes, or until al dente and still slightly firm.
3. Drain the cooking water and transfer the par cooked potatoes to a large bowl. Add the oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper and gently toss to combine.
4. Thread the potatoes onto the soaked wooden skewers, spacing the potatoes evenly. 5. Spray the grill with cooking oil to prevent the potatoes from sticking, then grill the kabobs over medium-high heat until tender and slightly charred. Use tongs to turn the potatoes and continue to grill until all sides are lightly golden brown.
