Pulled Pork Chili đ¶ïž (This recipe is going to be a little scattered because I just through things together so please hang in there with me.) Instructions
1. I put my ninja foodie on the sear option and drizzled a little olive oil in the pan. I added 1 1/2 cups of diced onion and 2 cups of diced pepper and sautéed it until the onion became translucent.
2. As youâre sautĂ©ing the onions and peppers I added a teaspoon of salt and a teaspoon of pepper. Next, I added a teaspoon of ground mustard and 1 tablespoon of chili powder. 3. Once your onions have become translucent, add a tablespoon of chopped garlic, and a pound of shredded pork. I had a can of bushes chili beans that I just added into the dish. It gives it a lot of flavor from the spices they use. Stir everything together.
4. Add the followingâŠ. 2 cups of beef stock, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, a quarter cup of apple cider vinegar.
5. I wanted to add a tomato base next so I put in about 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and a quart of our homemade tomato sauce. If you didnât have those items, you could just replace it with one and a half cups of fire-roasted tomatoes and one and a half cups of tomato sauce.
6. I now switch my ninja foodie to the braise option for 1 hour with the lid on. If you would like to add corn now is the time.
7. The last few minutes I added a chile pepper from the garden and 2 teaspoons of smoked paprika.
8. Serve in a bowl and garnish with shredded cheese and cilantro. #pulledporkchili #pulledpork #chili #cooking #homecooking #fyp #homecook #cook #foodie
