Strawberry Pudding 🍓

Strawberry Pudding

Ingredients

• 5 cups of whole milk,

• 5 tablespoons of flour,

• 3/4 cups of granulated sugar,

• 1 egg

• 2/5 cup of heavy cream,

• 3/4 tsp vanilla extract

• 20-30 strawberries,

• 3/4 cup of digestive biscuits

Preparation

1. Place the milk in a large saucepan,

2. Add the egg, flour and sugar into the milk and whisk well,

3. Put the pan on medium heat and cook stirring constantly until thickened.

4. Remove from heat, add the heavy cream and vanilla, then whisk well.

5. Whiz the biscuits up in a food processor.

6. Slice the strawberries vertically,

7. Pour the pudding to fill 1 inch up in your dessert dishes.

8. Sprinkle some ground biscuits on top.

9. Place the strawberry slices on the sides of the dishes,

10. Pour some more of the pudding,

11. Repeat this pattern until you completely fill the dessert dishes,
