š§ BLT Meatball Sliders
š Ingredients
⢠1 tsp pepper
⢠½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
⢠¾ lb ground pork
⢠½ lb lean ground beef (90%)
⢠2/3 cup ranch dressing
⢠18 dinner rolls, split
⢠3 cups spring mix greens
⢠3 plum tomatoes, sliced
⢠1 lb bacon, uncooked
⢠1 cup 2% milk
⢠1 egg
⢠1 cup dry bread crumbs
⢠1 small onion, finely chopped
⢠1 tsp salt

š„ Directions
1. Prep bacon:
Add bacon to a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
2. Make the mix:
In a large bowl, combine milk, egg, bread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
3. Add meats:
Crumble in bacon, ground pork, and beef. Mix until fully combined.
4. Form meatballs:
Shape into ~2-inch meatballs and place in an ungreased baking dish.
5. Bake:
Bake at 425°F for 30ā35 minutes, until internal temp hits 160°F.
6. Build sliders:
⢠Spread ranch on rolls
⢠Add greens
⢠Add tomato slice
⢠Top with a meatball
⢠Close and serve
