• 4 boneless pork chops

• Salt

• 1/2 cup flour

• 1 shallot (chopped)

• Fresh sage leaves

• 1/2 cup dry white wine

• 1 1/4 cups chicken broth

• 5 slices prosciutto

• 1 cup fontina cheese

• 1/4 cup parmesan

• 1 package frozen peas
