Ham & Potato Soup


If you’re craving something warm, creamy, and seriously comforting… this is it 🤤

Packed with tender potatoes, savory ham, and a rich, velvety broth — this soup is a total crowd favorite!




📝 Ingredients:

• 3 ½ cups peeled & diced potatoes

• 3 ¼ cups water

• ¾ cup diced cooked ham

• ⅓ cup diced celery

• ⅓ cup finely chopped onion

• 2 tbsp chicken bouillon granules

• 1 tsp pepper (to taste)

• ½ tsp salt (to taste)

• 5 tbsp butter

• 5 tbsp flour

• 2 cups milk




👩‍🍳 Directions:


  1. In a large pot, combine potatoes, water, ham, celery, and onion. Bring to a boil, then simmer 10–15 minutes until potatoes are tender.

  2. Stir in bouillon, pepper, and salt.

  3. In a separate saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat. Stir in flour and cook until thick (about 1 minute).

  4. Slowly whisk in milk and cook until smooth and thick (4–5 minutes).

  5. Add the creamy mixture to the soup. Stir and cook until heated through.
