🍝🧀 Crockpot Chicken Parmesan 🧀🍝
All the flavors of classic chicken parm… but made EASY in the crockpot 🙌🔥
Cheesy, saucy, and perfect for those busy nights when you still want something comforting 🤤

✨ Ingredients (serves 6):
• 2 lbs chicken breasts
• 1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
• 3 tbsp tomato paste
• 2 shallots, chopped
• 1/4 cup Italian seasoning
• 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
• Chili flakes (to taste)
• Sea salt & black pepper
• 1–2 Parmesan rinds (optional but 🔥)
• 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella or provolone
• 2 tbsp salted butter
• 1 cup panko bread crumbs
• 2 garlic cloves, chopped
• Fresh parsley or basil (for garnish)
• 1 lb cooked spaghetti (for serving)

🔥 Directions:
1. Add chicken, crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, shallots, Italian seasoning, basil, chili flakes, salt & pepper to crockpot. Add 1/2 cup water and stir. Drop in Parmesan rinds.
2. Cook on LOW for 3–4 hours or HIGH for 2 hours.
3. Shred chicken, stir in 1/2 cup Parmesan, then top with mozzarella/provolone. Cook on HIGH 20 minutes until melted.
4. In a skillet, melt butter and toast panko with garlic until golden. Stir in remaining Parmesan.
5. Serve chicken and sauce over spaghetti. Top with crispy Parmesan crumbs and fresh herbs.
