Herbed Corn and Carrots with Spinach - The garden has provided us with a lot of carrots and spinach right now so to the kitchen we go! We sautéed our carrots and corn in some olive oil to start. After it starts to get soft I added some salted butter, salt, and pepper. For some flavor I smashed up some herbes de provence. Add your fresh spinach.
