Marinated Goat Cheese - This is delicious on a toasted baguette topped with strawberries, basil, and honey. Sprinkle with a little sea salt and enjoy! For the marinated goat cheese we sliced the cheese in rounds and layered them in a mason jar with basil, pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Once the jar was full we squeezed a few sprigs if thyme in thr jar and added about 1/4 cup of olive oil.
