✨ Ingredients (serves 6–8):

• 6 tbsp salted butter

• 3–4 medium yellow onions, thinly sliced

• 1 1/4 cups dry white wine (Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc)

• 3 cloves garlic, chopped

• 2 cups cremini or wild mushrooms, sliced

• 2 tbsp fresh thyme leaves

• 2 tbsp fresh sage, chopped

• 3 cups low sodium chicken or vegetable broth

• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

• 1 lb short cut pasta

• Kosher salt & black pepper

• 3 oz prosciutto, torn

• 1/2 cup heavy cream or milk

• 1 cup shredded gruyere cheese

šŸ”„ Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake prosciutto on a lined sheet for 10–15 min until crispy.

  3. Add garlic, mushrooms, thyme & sage. Cook 3–4 minutes. Stir in remaining wine, broth, Worcestershire, salt & pepper. Bring to a boil.

  4. Add pasta and cook, stirring, until al dente and liquid is mostly absorbed (8–10 min). Stir in cream and gruyere.

  5. Break burrata over top, gently mix, and finish with crispy prosciutto.
