šš„ Pasta Bolognese š„š
Rich, hearty, and slow-simmered to perfection⦠this is comfort food DONE RIGHT š¤¤
A classic meat sauce tossed with pasta, layered with flavor, and worth every bite š

⨠Ingredients:
⢠1 tbsp olive oil
⢠1 onion, diced
⢠3 celery stalks, finely diced
⢠2 carrots, peeled & finely diced
⢠2 garlic cloves, minced
⢠1 lb lean ground beef
⢠1/2 tsp salt
⢠1/2 tsp black pepper
⢠1 cup whole milk
⢠1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
⢠2 tbsp tomato paste
⢠1 bay leaf
⢠1 tsp oregano
⢠1/4 tsp nutmeg
⢠16 oz pasta (tagliatelle or your choice)
⢠Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
⢠Grated Parmesan (optional but highly recommended š§)

š„ Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion, celery, carrots & garlic. Cook until softened.
2. Add ground beef, season with salt & pepper, and cook until browned.
3. Pour in milk and let it simmer until mostly evaporated (about 10 min).
4. Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, bay leaf, oregano & nutmeg. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low for at least 30 minutes (1ā2 hours = even better flavor š).
5. Cook pasta according to package directions. Serve topped with Bolognese, parsley & Parmesan.
